KCA Provides Strategic Planning to the Maricopa County Dept. of Public Health

Since early 2004, KCA has provided strategic planning services to many of the offices of the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Recently, KCA was selected to provide planning services to develop/update the department-wide strategic plan. KCA will be working with the leadership team to develop the strategic, business and operational plans for the department.
