KCA Provides Strategic Planning & Training for Southern Nevada Health District

Since late 2006, KCA has provided strategic planning and leadership training to the Southern Nevada Health District in Las Vegas, NV. Over the past 2 1/2 years, KCA assisted in the development of the first stategic plan in the 43 year history of SNHD. In addition, KCA collaborated with SNHD to provide the Accelerated Leadership Academy to 154 leaders over two cohorts.
